“There is something to be said about raking in $100,000’s a year doing nothing but hiring some interns to generate witty headlines that link to other people’s work.”

Drudge rakes in millions a year.

Maybe so. I had heard $400,000 a year but that was a long time ago.

I’m guessing there’s been quite a few men behind Drudge.

LOL! I use to enjoy his radio show - it was on once a week, Sunday evenings.

I don't know what's happened to him recently.

He had a Sunday night talk show that had a following here on FR.

He’s making around $3,000,000 per month in ad revenue. He wants views and interaction.

Semrush has him ranked as the 735th most popular website in the USA.

I know Matt Drudge. I knew him back in his halcyon days, broke bread and had a few drinks along the way. He was an odd duck, even back in those days. I can’t imagine that he has become more sane over the years.

Matt Drudge?

Didn’t he used to be somebody?

Drudge’s Sunday night radio show was a lot of fun. It was like listening to Rush’s show but with emphasis on the cultural capital of Hollywood rather than the political capital of DC.
