I watched NewsRadio for a couple of easons. I think I remember everybody on the show but him. Someone at work was trying to jog my memory. He said that on the show, Rogan's character was sleeping with Khandi Alexander's character. I remember her well, but cannot place Rogan.

Rogan was the short dark-haired guy who had to fix broken equipment in the station. Wisecracking, in your face.

Rogan is the guy in the flannel with his hands in the air.
