I’m getting ready to go back to streaming, I was on Playstation Vue but they folded.
What’s everyone using for services?
Interesting. Thanks for posting.
I’ve been sent home from jobs when business was slow.
Was my income reduced? Yes
Did anyone besides me care? No
The ISP bills in this country would shock a European.
Saving $100 a month after cutting the cord. 3 months ago a tree came down and took out the Comcast cable leading to the house from the pole. Thank you tree.

Or...and just throwing out WILD speculation, but .. let’s see... first POLITICIZE every sporting event, then CANCEL every major live sport, then create “alternative” Hallmark channels for the LGBTQ+ crowd, take the number ONE reality TV shows off the air like LIVE PD, COPS, etc, neuter and make SJW warrior “compliant” event children’s shows and promote SJW swill and ram it down our throats on EVERY channel and EVERY commercial...
No, COVID-19 (Sars-CoV-2) did NOT do that. YOU did that to yourself. Enjoy explaining that to your Board at the end of the year
Firestick and YoutubeTV. No complaints.
I went to my local Comcast office to complain about the latest cable fee increase and to try and get a better deal.
Big surprise - Comcast doesn’t care if you complain. I threatened to cut my cable. The person I talked to at the Comcast office said there were no better deals.
It was a waste of time.
But even that I do less and less. I'm more inclined these days to just stream some music and get into a good book.
I do not miss cable TV whatsoever, especially the cable news networks. It was literally like bringing a poison into my house. Now I am free of it and much healthier, physically and mentally.
I’ve tried a number of different ones.
Hulu now.
More choices all the time...
Unfortunately, Commiecast is our only option in the town in which I live.
Satellite is not really an option, due to neighbors’ foliage.
Any alternatives?

Roku.
Or Amazon Fire Stick.

It’s tough now. YoutubeTV just jacked up there rates big time. I am looking at switch to Fubo.tv but that will run over $60 including tax. Sling is a real hassle with their split bundles, bad tech, etc.
Unfortunately, the best deal now is probably basic cable bundled with internet service.
We cut the cable a couple of years ago and went with Roku. Glad we did.
I laugh at the demise of Cable. They cut their own throats.
For years (decades) consumers demanded cafeteria options. Big Cable ignored us.
Now technology has passed them by and they can go sucks eggs.
don’t bother with any services
there is so much free content online it’s incredible.
Lately I’ve been binge-watching Sailrite sewing videos on YouTube and I’ve taken up a hobby sewing handbags for my daughters and fixing my marine vinyl on my boats.
I’ve learned how to pour concrete, build an addition on my house, fix the lights on my car and many other things from videos online.
And a lot of older movies can be found free (out of copyright??) plus documentaries.
Surprising. If you call Dish or Direct TV and tell them you are going to discontinue their services, they will suddenly discover that, yes, they can reduce your bill. I cut it anyway.
Give us ala carte and your customers will come back, but $200 a month for stuff I dont watch? Bite me.
Get a Roku
