This reminds me. I gotta pay the rent.
BTW the owners tried selling last year the 36 unit apartment building for $6.1 million. They had one possible buyer who backed out of the deal. He must have seen how many repairs he was going to have to make!
I was told there are no takers this year as they would not be getting paid by the renters. They in turn would end up defaulting and the bank wins.
