Eff'n media wench needs to do better research. There is no such thing as an open carry permit or any law for or against open carry in PA. Open carry in PA exists because it is the way things ought to be - no law to infringe or even question. Now we need to get every last anti-2a law off the books. No background checks. No carry permits required to carry concealed.
