The man who staged a protest against beach closures on July 4th and who was taken into custody last week at a Broward County news conference is back with a new complaint against the countys latest emergency order, which he says is unconstitutional.
Chris Nelson, the Fort Lauderdale resident behind the group ReOpen South Florida, said he intends to file a lawsuit against the countys order this week.

He was subject to targeted prosecution because of who he is.
The founder of ReOpen Maryland was the subject of similar garbage. He came down with Kung Flu and was mocked by the Governor.
It only strengthened his resolve.
I helped organize a protest in my county and was fully prepared to see what handcuffs felt like.
I am going to demand proof that droplets of water with the virus in them can go through glass of closed windows, because otherwise, there is no proof. Not to mention the real issue of prosecuting someone without proof or proper warrant. Is some neighbor’s going to want to photograph me in my own freaking room upstairs just to snitch?
Funny isn’t it, how the left, Commies and so forth, are using hte Constitution and Bill of Rights to destroy our country?
Pretty soon there’s going to be a blood drenched extra-legal backlash against this. Cleaver legal minds, you know those whose libeal skulls are full of mush could lose their heads.
