Members of the Tea Party are targeted for destruction. Rioters, murderers, arsonists are freed as long as they are waving something that expresses hatred for cops and/or love for marxist separatism.

Yep.
My truck with the sign "Let my people go.... that they may Worship," was a horrible threat that required huge amounts of police.
I should have set buildings on fire instead. That apparently is the way to peacefully protest.
