I have no knowledge, but this seems like an error, not a leak. It is very common for publications to pre-write news stories, based on things that might happen. Perhaps this was one of those that was posted accidentally for a few minutes. I once knew the guy who did the covers of People magazine, he had covers ready for the deaths of over 100 celebrities who were very much alive.

Not a great choice for a few reasons.
1) California is not in play. He needs someone from PA or FL or OH.
2) She has a pretty bad record on justice reform issues.
The people of California had to put a citizens petition on the ballot to relax drug laws and petty larceny laws in order to stop the state (where Harris was the state AG) from filling the prisons with addicts and small time crooks. Whatever you think of that, the current political dynamics of it are against her. She may claim she was just ‘enforcing the law’ but that plays against her party platform.

IMHO, it is going to be her or Fauxcahontas. It is ALL identity politics with dems. They need black women and white women. They also think that black men will go out and vote for a black woman, which I do not think they will.
