Not sure if this is a deep state rebuttal to Giuliani or if the court in Kyiv was corrupt with the original decision or the appeal.
It’s my understanding that one can find decent,respectable people at all levels of Ukrainian society...and can also find crooks...Russian crooks...at all levels as well.
