Libs accepting an alternate opinion? WHAT! Thanks for that. Not that I can name a System Of Down song. Is there an ad in Variety "Seeking Heavy Metal drummer"?

You’re welcome. I remember it was big in 2001 because I remember watching it in the break room during Tech School in the USAF.

System of Down!
I saw them live, in concert, while I was in High School in 2004.
What.

We know how contrary drummers are by nature. Rush's Neil Peart was of the opposite political spectrum to his bandmates too.

I think that’s the only song I know.

I used to play with a bottle of vodka and a bottle of Jack Daniels on the floor next to me :-) I played in a bunch of bands in my youth
A high school with about 200 guitarists and three drummers :-)
Thank God I couldn’t see the future me then :-)

I think I heard “Aerials” about two or three times, but that’s it for me too.
I remember Shakira”s “Whenever, Wherever” was big then too.

Good to hear. But I never heard of your band. Not surprising though, if the music has been made in the last 25 years and I’ve heard of it, it must have been really mainstream.
To: rktman
I think that they are Syrians, so they probably have a different view of things.
