As articles and news sources state this is the FIRST fatal shark attack in the history of the state of Maine.
As Capt Tom will attest, the growth in population of Atlantic Grey seals has brought the White Sharks first up to Cape Cod and now the gulf of ME.
Is the seal population growing because the water is colder? Is the cold water boosting krill population? Has over-fishing been reduced and are fish populations returning to levels of plenty?
The Left uses politics whenever possible in news stories. But this shark death seems to be covered as 100% tragedy (which it is) and without a political agenda. Which makes me think that the Left has no Climate Change to stand on here at all.
