You do realize Herman Cain is old, right?
We know old people are more susceptible to everything.
But I know you can’t bear to see your hopes and dreams of a forever lockdown dashed.

Not sure about your point.
But, the point of the article is he is improving and tweeting.

Herman Cain is 74 and in 2006, Cain was given a 30% chance of survival from stage 4 colon cancer that had spread to his liver. He underwent chemotherapy and surgery to remove the cancer from his liver and was declared cancer free in 2007.
And now he has survived the dreaded killer China Virus.
