Frankly, he's pretty lucky to be doing as well as he is. As I've said here before, if my wife were still alive I'd be taking a very different approach to this whole thing as it concerns my household. She didn't survive her second bout with cancer. As such, she'd be at extremely high risk from this or any other disease, and I would be acting appropriately to protect her as best as I could.
Since I just have myself to worry about, and I'm reasonably healthy, without any known underlying conditions, I'm just living my life as much as normally as I can. People can take a look at their relative risks and do what makes sense to them. We don't need a bunch of screaming Karens to tell us how to live our lives.
