Despite the emptying of prisons and rising crime in Americas major cities, Jared Kushner, possibly the most influential man in the White House, continues to demand second chances for criminals. But anyone who understands our criminal justice system knows that, with rare exceptions, violent criminals are accorded endless chances and are still not locked up. Here is a case of a man who was given 230 chances. The result? Three best friends werent given a second chance at life.
Frostproof, Florida, is a tiny city of 3,000 people in lake-filled Polk County, Florida. The last thing Sheriff Grady Judd expected to deal with on July 17 was a triple homicide.
...
Why would someone possibly kill a man possibly over a truck dispute and then kill his two friends who were at the wrong place at the wrong time?
Very simple explanation: This is how career violent criminals work. They dont follow logic or morals. According to the sheriff, TJ had 230 felonies with 15 convictions. He had served time but not much for crimes including several armed burglary charges, weapons charges, and assault and battery charges, some of which were against elderly people and police officers. His first arrest was at 12 years old! And he accrued all those charges over just a 14-year period, even though he was behind bars for at least four years.
...
Most murders in this country are committed by repeat violent offenders. Why dont we have a real three strikes and youre out law? Why are all the reforms designed to release these people from jail rather than locking them up? Why do politicians incessantly virtue-signal about second chances for criminals when they already get an unlimited number, while victims never get a second chance?

Most thought this was a drug deal or they were in the wrong place at the wrong time, or saw something etc..
Based on limited information at the time, I called it, and said there was come kind of connection or link between the murderer and the decedents....And there was, all over a vehicle transaction which occurred at some earlier date.
It was a comment from the dad of one of the decedents, who drove me to that conclusion.
why was this guy even drawing air?
I suspect libtard judges with misplaced sympathy are also part of the problem.

Another part is libertarian conservatives who think that locking up thugs is too expensive, ignoring the costs of not locking them up.
Yet another problem on the right is conservatives who have a misplaced sense of when compassion is needed.
230 felonies? a prime DNC candidate for president or Veep
They’ll drop numerous charges during a plea bargain.
He could be a top DNC advisor.
Ha! Right
Lol
If there was a documentary made on Amazon about women who knew him that lived and they basically said he couldn’t accept modern femininity and a whole bunch of other crap.
No. I can’t accept modern feminists but I don’t even go around flicking my finger at a woman.
It gets worse. I just watched a movie and a comment by a 20-something white girl about the movie was
“why is a rich Caucasian family doing a Latin chant?! Complete garbage!!”
Because it was a horror movie and they were doing a satanic ritual in Latin. I wonder if this ditz even knows the Latin language wasn’t created by people in Central America. :)
I can’t take the morons of today.
Put Jared in the corner
Not a sour drug deal. There is video in nearby convenience store
You haven’t met any Cajuns have you?
Lol :)
How is it possible for someone to have that many felonies and still be a free man?

Because the criminal justice system is fundamentally designed to empower and enrich judges and lawyers. Protecting the public and punishing criminals is strictly a dog and pony show. In any truly civilized country criminals such as this murderer would already have been given a life sentence with no parole. Now, the dude should be tried, convicted, sentenced to death, and pubically hanged before the first of August. Instead he’ll be imprisoned to enjoy all the perks currently afforded the incarcerated in America, paid for, of course, by the taxpayers. GREAT SYSTEM, EH?
Crime of passion murderers generally are among the least likely to be repeat offenders. Drug involved crimes are the most likely to give rise to recidivism.

In any truly civilized country murderers would be tried, convicted, sentenced to death, and publicly hanged within 30 days of their apprehension. No appeals and no exceptions.
Yet another problem on the right is conservatives who have a misplaced sense of when compassion is needed.

I have a clear sense of when and where compassion is needed, which is for the victims of crime and their families. Convicted felons (except murderers) should be given long sentences doing hard labor and placed in solitary confinement for the entirety of their imprisonment. No parole and no exceptions. Murderers should be tried, convicted, sentenced to death, and publicly hanged within 30 days of their apprehension. No appeals and no exceptions.
No :) I thought it was a type of spice :)
So they were from the French mountains and went to Canada and then Louisiana and they emphasize Creole but some are white. I am more confused after looking it up :-)
Don’t yell at me please if it’s way off. I googled it :-)
Which is probably better than whoever wrote the headline. But even though it might have been painful to read it was still correct.
