Despite the emptying of prisons and rising crime in Americas major cities, Jared Kushner, possibly the most influential man in the White House, continues to demand second chances for criminals. But anyone who understands our criminal justice system knows that, with rare exceptions, violent criminals are accorded endless chances and are still not locked up. Here is a case of a man who was given 230 chances. The result? Three best friends werent given a second chance at life.
Frostproof, Florida, is a tiny city of 3,000 people in lake-filled Polk County, Florida. The last thing Sheriff Grady Judd expected to deal with on July 17 was a triple homicide.
...
Why would someone possibly kill a man possibly over a truck dispute and then kill his two friends who were at the wrong place at the wrong time?
Very simple explanation: This is how career violent criminals work. They dont follow logic or morals. According to the sheriff, TJ had 230 felonies with 15 convictions. He had served time but not much for crimes including several armed burglary charges, weapons charges, and assault and battery charges, some of which were against elderly people and police officers. His first arrest was at 12 years old! And he accrued all those charges over just a 14-year period, even though he was behind bars for at least four years.

Most murders in this country are committed by repeat violent offenders. Why dont we have a real three strikes and youre out law? Why are all the reforms designed to release these people from jail rather than locking them up? Why do politicians incessantly virtue-signal about second chances for criminals when they already get an unlimited number, while victims never get a second chance?

Poorly written headline. The 3 fishermen were best friends. The murderer was a well known local psychopath who was acquainted with the fisherman and followed one of them to the location where the murders then occurred.
Liberalism
I read the article. One of the guys that was going fishing went into a store and Wiggins was there. He told Wiggins they were going fishing. Wiggins had a grudge against one of the other guys and ended up killing everybody. With help from brother and girlfriend.
Honestly I’ve seen about 6 or 7 blm marches in Brooklyn so far. Nobody look nearly as frightening as this guy does.
I’ve known cold-hearted Italian gangsters since I was a kid. I know there are a whole bunch of crazy southern white guys.
Then there are the biker gangs that are mostly White.
The crazy Irish kids from up North.
Black folk and white 20-something college grad punks better take a look at the scenery before they go thinking that fighting these people will be the same as fighting cops who are forbidden to hurt them.
They may just get massacred.
Give him a break. He’s trying to straighten out his life.
>How is it possible for someone to have that many felonies and still be a free man?<
The only thing I can figure is he must have been a high level snitch, for FBI, DEA, something like that.

Yep, as I’ve said, they don’t want to nuclear white boys to get involved. They think they are scary? They haven’t seen scary.
People are weird fishing I’ve seen lots of weird fishing trip
Crime of passion murderers generally are among the least likely to be repeat offenders. Drug involved crimes are the most likely to give rise to recidivism.
It’s not like he had 300 or something.
Like : Rashid Brimmage pushed a 92-year-old woman down on the streets of Manhattan..
Rashid has 101 prior arrests why was the repeat criminal out on the streets in the first place?
Same reason : Democrat jail break.
No they haven’t. I was surrounded by about eight of them at the ferry when I was about 22. I don’t know what their next step was but I told them stand down and they did. The leader of the pack started talking about led Zeppelin. I don’t know why I guess he figured every white boy likes led Zeppelin. I do LOL
But that’s besides the point :-) yeah I’m sure there are a bunch of tough black dudes and even some of those white college kids might be a little tough. But not nearly enough for all the insane white guys I know out there.
I was only one of two college grads and my group of about 20 friends when I was young. 18 were Italian and two irish. They all became cops or fireman or construction workers and these guys were brutally tough.
and they are all about 51 or 52 and now and I wouldn’t want to run into them even if I wasn’t in shape 20 year old.
And like I said those southern boys are just nuts.
I still smell a drug deal gone baaaad!
Ted Bundy was a nice looking clean cut white guy.
Read Jack London’s “The Assassination Bureau”.
I suspect libtard judges with misplaced sympathy are also part of the problem.
After getting away with 100+ crimes (that are known to authorities) a person might, reasonably, think they are untouchable.
I read it as the three who went fishing were best friends....not that they were best friends with the murderer.
Maybe he was trying to turn his life around. His mother may have said that to the judge./s
Perhaps it could have been better edited, but you know our modern schools don’t teach “proper” English.
“A career criminal killed 3 men who were best friends to each other...” is more correct.
And I barely passed English grammar.
I did, as well. I guess that the fact that this story has been rehashed here so many times has me locked into the facts, as they currently are.
Seems like an excellent sheriff.
