... and more.
The bureaucracy created to administer the AFFA are not going to like losing their power and/or their jobs. It is nearly impossible to fire any government employee for any reason short of murder. It will take years to disengage the Feds from the local ‘districts’ that have been set up.
I heard a radio personality talk about this a few weeks ago. The reason he felt that among the reasons AFFA came about was to stem the flow of people moving out of the major metro areas. The folks moving out are usually the ones who could work from home and generally paid higher taxes. This outflow is leaving the city with a lower revenue stream and with a population that require more social services.
Unfortunately for the big cities the Kung-Flu has exacerbated the situation and the out-bound flight has increased. Check out home sales in any of the bedroom burgs around any large population center.
It’s also important for localities not to take HUD grants like CMBG grants. That ties them to AFFH.

The constitution does not allow anyone who is not a natural born citizen to be POTUS either. Yet it occurred, in plain sight of EVERYONE, for 2 whole terms, with nary a peep from those who are empowered to adjudicate such constitutional matters.
Our constitution is evermore being interpreted by Marxist sophists who twist what should be seen as a mostly straight forward clearly stated document of enumerated powers into an ever expansive tome that they say was designed to create a federal (not federalist) leviathan of unlimited powers.
With the present day situation that exists, with so many DEMONRATS in positions of influence, every single Trump response to restore proper constitutional understanding MUST be crafted with an eye to all of the unconstitutional grotesqueries, particularly by “progressive” jurists, that have and continue to manifest themselves.
Local zoning ordinances would no longer protect you.
