Olivia de Havilland, legendary Golden Age Hollywood star, has died at age 104.

The news was confirmed to Fox News by her rep, as well as her son-in-law Andrew Chulack.

The two-time Academy Award winner was born in 1916 and died on Sunday of natural causes in her Paris home, The Hollywood Reporter reports.

The star was the last surviving star of "Gone With the Wind," which had recently come under scrutiny for its depiction of slavery in the pre-abolition South. De Havilland was nominated for an Oscar for her role in the movie.

The actress won two Oscars in her lifetime -- one for her work in "To Each His Own" and another for "The Heiress."

Think for a moment how the world has changed during her lifetime. When she was born, there was virtually no radio. Today, there’s massive social media.

Paris saw Nazi occupation in the 1940s. Today, they have Muzzie occupation and no-go zones with Sharia law.

Meanwhile, Democrats continue to be racist neo-communists.

RIP Miss D.

Melanie was annoying, but Olivia de Havilland did an amazing job with the part.

As Melanie, she was a slave owner, thus all of her works should be destroyed, her name erased from history, and any academy awards given to her be revoked and returned. (I’m posting this as sarcasm, but am sure that some “BLM” protester will make it their screed.)

I kinda liked Melanie Wilkes in GWTW.

Or is that out of the running now that it's been determined to be rasiss?

Sorry, but even back then Hollywood was a cesspool in comparison with the rest of America. Yes, there were many ladies and gentlemen involved. Miss de Havilland and Jimmy Stewart come to mind. But there’s a reason why before the twentieth century, when “entertainment” became an actual industry with global mass appeal, enormous profits, and huge cultural influence, that actors and actresses were viewed as socially on a par with whores and carnival freaks. With the cooperation of a press riding the gravy train with them, the studios were able to hide most of the slime.

Wow. So sorry to here this. Olivia de Haviland was a great actress. She was the last actor of any real talent from the Golden Age of Hollywood.

Rampant affairs, alcoholism, drug use, pedophilia, homosexuality, abortions, physical abuse, and I’m sure the list goes on. Studios did everything they could to manage their employees and to craft and manage their images. But when people have access to lots of money, it can sometimes be too much for certain people to avoid self abuse and over indulgence.

The Heiress was her greatest role, hands down.

I only discovered it about 10 years ago. Devastating, brutal.
