i live about 2 miles from Cuomo- its not his house- it belongs to his ex-girlfriend Sandra Lee.
Its been up for sale (may have been sold) and once again Cuomo was outed for the tax cheat he is.
About four years ago they did some $40,000 of renovation to the kitchen and when the town inspector showed up to look at the renovations, they would not let him in the house. (You can look it up).
Just last year the house was on the market for $2 million, but cuomo and his girlfriend were only paying taxes on an appraised value of $1.3 million, basically paying 40% less school/property tax than he should’ve.
The problem with this war is only one side is fighting so far.
The other side is well organized, we don’t seem to be organized at all. I’m not blaming anyone, but perhaps normal Americans don’t realize how serious things have gotten.
The ballot box will be their bunker buster.
Better yet, drag him out of office and tar and feather him.

America is lost at this point. We allowed the take over to happen over a 160 year period and now we see the evidence of just how vast it is. Our Secret agencies employ millions and have billions of dollars to work with. How dumb this country has been to allow what’s going on. Recently in Virginia over the Lee monument a judge put an injunction, now he’s recused him self and a lawyer is brining a suit against him for some type of improper actions. We do not live in a free country, that’s really obvious.
The thing that remains is what will we do about it. If our dictators allow at some point our freedom back, probably only when Trump is gone. Will we continue to support our evil 2 party system or will we try to fight back and replace it with people who understand something about freedom. Like other parties. I don’t know, I do know we aren’t free and whenever they want to shut us down or worse. They will.
There was one about a wk ago in northwest NC mtns. Good turnout. The local paper describe it as a protest! After complaints, they changed it to “rally”.

I know the market value of my home is much more than the assessed value which is what my taxes are levied on.

Yes, it would take more research to know the truth. Assessed values typically trail actual values by 2-3 years. Your tax assessment continues upward for a year or two when the market turns down, and taxes keep going down early in a new upswing in prices.
That has always been my wih for Deomcrats and rin governors in Massachusetts.
Why did they have this in New York of all places?
Oh, and Cuomo probably didn’t bar entry due to assessment, but due to code violations. It’s common.
