The author is a little late to the party. While the rhetoric is getting a more vulgar and violent, the last vestiges of civility on their part disappeared in the 2000 election.

The big problem we have on the right is in ignoring our current state of affairs. We are at war here and are blind to it. Attacked on all fronts and we’re passive. Asleep at the wheel... There actually is an upside to Pelosi though in this capacity. If we are stuck with an unresolved election and she ascends to the presidency, she is competent. Lefty, certifiable at times, but the woman can wield power better than any other Democrat on the national stage today. That prevents a power vacuum that could be exploited by a Pearl Harbor attack on our shores. She is vengeful as hell and she can wield power. I swear the woman must be part Medici. Any terrorist had better think twice because there is only room for one terrorist in this show and that is Pelosi herself.

Civility is far more than "consideration" or "good manners." It is the difference between savagery and civilization. Contempt for others is the first step on the path toward genocide.
Intolerance is righteous to the believer. Should we be intolerant of baby killers? Should we be intolerant to those that want to diminish our freedoms? Anyone with a little moral fortitude would say yes. But how and when?
For the rational thinking man, incivility is a decision to be made based on ones intolerance. You can civilly debate your opponent on issues you have no tolerance. Antifa/bLM leftist types and many Democrats don't think and are not rational. They are uncivil when they riot, loot, burn and destroy. The peaceful protests that precede these acts of incivility consist of chants, "Black Lives Matter", "Cops are Pigs" and worse. This is not debate. It is a sign that they lack the ability to effectively communicate and argue their positions. When one of their indoctrinated can string together a full sentence it is the thoughtless regurgitation of what they previously have heard.
Antifa/bLM protesters and Democrats have a false civility. It is simply a planned prelude to incivility to take what they want.
When is it acceptable for conservatives to be uncivil? Obviously, it is not something that is natural. But there is a point. That point is when law and order no longer exists and when you are personally threatened. That may be physically. It may be your home or family. It may be the business you spent a lifetime to build. It may be your freedoms and liberties being denied. These acts can be repeated more broadly on not just an individual, but on an entire people. That is exactly what is occurring today.
Being uncivil requires the destruction of property and lives. It requires savagery. A thinking man knows this. He weighs the consequence on his conscience. He knows that he will have to live with the havoc that he may bring for the sake of saving his life and more broadly, civilization.
It boils down to me or them. The other side probably sees it the same way.
As for using words like "fumigate", it is one of the more benign things a Democrat would say. It's intent is to dehumanize along with many other things they say. Whether it is a conscious effort in dehumanization I do not know. Personally, I consciously think, say and write dehumanizing things about our opponents. It is a coping mechanism for the savagery that may come. It is not unlike calling the Japanese in WWII Japs, Nips or worse. Civilized man requires dehumanization to defeat his enemy. Civilized man requires intolerance combined with righteous thoughtfulness based on moral principles to preserve his life and civilization.
He hopes his savagery will be constrained and he will know when to stop so he can return to peace and live in civilized society. Not knowing leads to genocide. However, intolerance and incivility do not necessarily lead to genocide. In fact, it can stop genocide from occurring.
Think of the tens of millions of lives need to be murdered to institute socialism, communism or one of its forms. It's the only way it can be instituted. Being intolerant, uncivil, and much worse may be required to defeat our enemies before they defeat us.

Since the 1972 election campaign, there was a major ongoing infiltration of the Democratic Party by the Communist Party. Even worse than during the FDR Administration. Towards the end of the Clinton Administration it was nearly complete. Under Obama it was complete. We are now dealing with a
combination of the CPUSA and RevCom. The entity now calling itself the Democratic Party must be utterly destroyed.
