Seen it before. Principle at my daughter’s former HS. The teen age girl next door and several of her friends told me he had been copping feels from girls so when the complaints began to matter they moved him to a different school on the opposite side of the county. Polk County FL is HUGE as counties go, over 2,000 sq miles. To put that in perspective, it is larger than the state of Delaware by more than 60 sq miles. So there was a pretty good distance.
That is also why it has such a drug problem. It is simply too large for county sheriffs to patrol. Great for meth labs.

He was not the perpetrator with his knee on the child. He made a tweet encouraging the perpetrator to kill the child since the child was white.
