Doesn't anyone carry wire cutters in their cars anymore? I love a good pair of fencing pliers. You can use them to replace so many tools.

biggest threat will be flooding ..10+ inches over wide area from Brownsville west up the Rio Grande to Lake Falcon by monday morning
then early next week lots of moisture still around for a couple more inches
Area has been dry this month but not in a drought with a very wet June
Also Heavy rains will fall over the Rio Grande watershed over NE Mexico above Falcon Lake filling up the flood control lakes for any more storms later
