How is that not a lawsuit...no different than a cop in a bad shooting incident.
Denver needs to be sued out of existence.
The Supreme Court found more than 30 years ago that the police have zero duty to protect anyone. They have continued to uphold it.
The police do not have to protect the victim of a murder in progress. Their only responsibilities are to investigate the crime afterwards and then maybe make an attempt to catch the criminal, but they aren’t required to do the latter.
