I think the best play for Trump right now would be to CLOSE and REMOVE All Federal Assets permanently in these cities, strip the buildings and raze them, Shut Down those Offices and MOVE them somewhere else.
Imagine if Trump threatened to move the Denver Mint to Cheyenne or Wichita...
