Philadelphia's Top Prosecutor Is Prepared to Arrest Federal Agents
Attention to the Unseen ^ | July 22, 2020, 5:00 AM EDT | By Brentin Mock

After numerous reports and lawsuits in Portland regarding un-badged and un-uniformed federal officers arresting, beating, and detaining people in unmarked vehicles, the Trump administration’s response is that they’re going to do it even more, and in more cities. Saying that his federal agents are doing a “fantastic job,” Trump has suggested that he will also deploy agents in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, Baltimore and Milwaukee to do the same.

In one of those cities, the city prosecutor has already preemptively warned Trump’s police forces what he will do if they bring the same tactics to Philadelphia:

“My dad volunteered and served in World War II to fight fascism, like most of my uncles, so we would not have an American president brutalizing and kidnapping Americans for exercising their constitutional rights and trying to make America a better place, which is what patriots do,” said Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner in a statement. “Anyone, including federal law enforcement, who unlawfully assaults and kidnaps people will face criminal charges from my office.”

Trump claims the federal intervention is needed due to excessive violence, particularly around federal statues and monuments. But legal experts have said the reported federal actions in Portland far exceed legal boundaries.

“[T]he use of a secret federal paramilitary force in Portland (and soon Chicago and likely other cities) is every bit the abuse of power that it appears to be,” legal scholar Elizabeth Goitein, of the Brennan Center for Justice, wrote on Twitter, noting that Trump’s claim of protecting federal property is pure pretext for his intent to have federal agents do the work of local police.

A clash between local and federal law enforcement over how to manage protesters in Philadelphia — if it comes to that — would be unprecedented.

Anyone from the Brennan Center is a hardcore leftist. It seems to be the equivalent of the old Communist Party’s National Lawyers Guild (NLG), National Emergency Civil Liberties Committee (NECLC), its offshoot, the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), the Castroite National Conference of Black Lawyers (and member of the old KGB front, the International Association of Democratic Lawyers just like the NLG was).

As for Krasnar, there are reports that he was supported (if not funded) by one of Soro’s fronts or Soros’ political action fund that has placed hardcore Marxists in key Secy of State and State’s Attorney Generals offices (including Minnesota - Ellison; maybe Virginia’s Mark Herring, Lewis in NY state, Becerra (Ca), and the bitches in St. Louis (Circuit Attorney, McCluskeys case), and Atlanta’s DA.

Somewhere, possibly here at FR, a group published list of the State’s AGs and other legal officials supported by Soros and his red money. It appeared a couple days ago.

Can anyone find it and link it here?

You are giving too much credit to Philadelphia's hack prosecutor. He is just repeating the talking points he got from some Democratic consultant.

When his own police officers arrest somebody they may well show up in an unmarked car, or even with plainclothes detectives. And when the arrest team sees the wanted person on the street they pull up, get out of their cars, and put the arrested individual into one of their vehicles and drive away. Maybe Larry Krasner has never actually seen somebody get arrested. Maybe he has never actually seen a plainclothes, or even undercover police officer. Or maybe he is just a typical Democrat political hack.

Larry Krasner knows that what the federal law enforcement officers are doing is just what the Philadelphia police do on a regular basis. Identify and arrest suspects. But he has to repeat the talking points sent to him by whoever is organizing the leftist take over of the Democratic party.

The Public Integrity Section of the DOJ should be investigating Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner and his friends very thoroughly.

How George Soros Corrupted Philadelphia’s Justice System

Jan 12, 2020
https://www.thestreet.com/mishtalk/economics/how-george-soros-corrupted-philadelphia-s-justice-system

Philadelphia is one of the least safe big cities in the US. How did it get that way?
Social Justice Warriors

Thanks to George Soros, Larry Krasner was elected District Attorney in Philadelphia. Krasner is Self-Proclaimed Social Justice Warrior.

Consider the case of Michael White, a 22-year-old black college student who admitted killing Sean Schellenger, white. Numerous witnesses and a cellphone video confirmed what happened.

Krasner initially charged White with first-degree murder and denied his request for bail. But under pressure from leaders in Philadelphia’s African-American community, Mr. Krasner downgraded the charge to third-degree murder. Then, days before the trial, Mr. Krasner dropped the murder charge entirely.

White was then acquitted. How’s that for justice?

Please consider Philadelphia’s Top Prosecutor Pursues ‘Social,’ Not Actual, Justice

Mr. Krasner is one of a new crop of “progressive prosecutors” who have won election in liberal cities. They include San Francisco’s Chesa Boudin, who was raised by Weather Underground radicals Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn because his own parents were in prison for participating in the murder of police officers. Mr. Krasner was a virulent critic of law enforcement before running to become the city’s top prosecutor. During a 30-year career as a defense lawyer, Mr. Krasner gained notoriety for filing 75 lawsuits against Philadelphia police. In a 2017 campaign video he said “policing and prosecution are both systematically racist,” and he called poverty and crime consequences of “mass incarceration.”

Mr. Krasner’s candidacy was laughed off until George Soros dumped $1.7 million into the campaign. At his primary election night victory party, Mr. Krasner smiled while his supporters chanted, “No good cops in a racist system!” and “f— the FOP!” (the Fraternal Order of Police)

Mockery of Justice

Attorney William McSwain has convincingly argued that Mr. Krasner has created a dangerous “culture of disrespect for law enforcement.”

Radical prosecutors like Mr. Krasner make a mockery of justice. There’s nothing progressive about public servants who shirk their duties, and nothing just about allowing violent criminals to roam free.

Violent Crime in Philadelphia

This is the method preferred by George Soros and Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner.

I never realized that looting and arson were our constitutional rights or maybe those are special rights for black people.

13th Amendment:

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Descendants of freed negroes shall have the right to loot and destroy property as method to duly exercise their freedom of speech since they lack the ability to use speech to petition the government for redress of grievances.

Section 3. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation and shall not infringe on rights enumerated herein.

Just grab this prosecutor, charge him with inciting a riot, seditious conspiracy, and whisk him away to Supermax, never to be heard from again. The rest of these criminals who are posing as prosecutors will quickly come to understand the supremacy clause, intimately.

Let me get this straight. The commie DA, who is investigating Philadelphia Cops for their actions against the “peaceful” protesters, thinks he’ll be able to order the same Cops to arrest Federal agents?

I’ll stop laughing in a few hours.
