Former Vice President Joe Biden (D) referred to President Trump as the first "racist" president during a town hall event on Wednesday.
Biden was questioned during the event, which was organized by the Service Employees International Union, about Trump's tendency to refer to COVID-19 as the "China virus" or "Wuhan virus."
"What President Trump has done in his spreading of racism ... the way he deals with people based on the color of their skin, their national origin, where they’re from, is absolutely sickening," Biden said.
"No sitting president has ever done this," Biden said. "Never, never, never. No Republican president has done this. No Democratic president. We've had racists, and they’ve existed. They’ve tried to get elected president. He’s the first one that has."

The entire country should be outraged at Biden’s comment.
It’s truly unforgivable, politically and otherwise.
And he’ll get away with it. They’re in a parallel universe where whatever they accuse us of doing, they’re doing in spades (oop, was that racist?)
Obama was far more racist than any, even Wilson.

By current standards most of the Presidents could be called racists. At least 9 Presidents owned slaves at some point in their lives and 2 more were sons of slaveowners.
I seem to recall a President who actually locked up American citizens based on their national origin/race. Over 125,000 of them. Ole Joe was actually alive when it was happening. I believe there’s a memorial to the man in D.C. His portrait is on the dime. Ring any bells, Joe?
