Wow. We should come up with a new name, like Covistress, for situations like this. It’s a new malady that will soon make its way into the next DSM. I’m actually kind of serious.
This crisis is going to lead to all kinds of new t.v. shows, movies, changes in psychiatry, medicine, law, the list goes on.
People are making mistakes, worrying about getting home to home-school their kids, worrying about going shopping. In fact, my husband took me to Walmart, something he would ordinarily never do (he’s happy to stay home), because I needed new shoes. I actually came home and started to worry about possibly catching this.
And I’m a mask-averse person who thinks the problem, while quite serious, is perhaps a tad overblown by the media, just to hurt Trump.
The thing is turning everyone into neurotic loners, kind of like Howard Hughes.
