@RandPaul
Just came from Progressive Democrat, whoops, Im mean Republican caucus:
Theyre going to spend $105b more on education, more than we spend every year on the Dept of Education. Anyone remember when Reagan conservatives were for eliminating the Federal Dept. of Education?
@RandPaul
The majority of Republicans are now no different than socialist Democrats when it comes to debt. They simply dont care about debt and are preparing to add at least another trillion dollars in debt this month, combined with the trillions from earlier this summer.

‘The New GOP’
Build it from within. Third parties are nonviable (see LP and Green they get nowhere).
For several decades, America has had the worlds reserve currency, which is also completely printed fiat, and manipulated interest rates, courtesy of the Federal Reserve. Enjoy this period in history, because it cant last.
In that environment, everyone in government will become a socialist. Its the path of least resistance. Its like giving a heroin addict an unlimited supply.
Rand is right here. The Republicans support big spending.
I have been saying for years, and getting flamed for saying it, but here we go again....
It’s us vs. them...
Not democrat vs. republican...
Not liberal vs. conservative...
Not black vs. white...
Not environmentalist vs. industrialist...
But we the people vs. the ruling class...
The last thing the ruling class wants is for all of us to start talking to each other. They know we would figure it out, and then they would hang from streetlights...
It is when they care more about their endless jobs, power, parties, dinners, and other perks, than American principles.
I would bet most politicians get so tickled every time they get camera time. Think about it. Every simpleton in our society want their 15 minutes of fame. Social Media is a prime example. Instagram wasn't enough, now we have Tik Tok. Think how intoxicating it is for politicians who are always in the spotlight.
Another tweet from Rand:
@RandPaul
Another genius idea heard from both caucuses today: too many schools closed this fall so we have to send more federal aid for day care.
@RandPaul
I really need to double check which caucus meeting I went to today.
Rand was definitely in the upper tier of those running for president in 2016.
He got like 5% ... People aren’t ready for his kinda politics.
“Uh, Rand, did you just wake up from a 20 year coma?......................”
That is one of the most idiotic thing’s I’ve seen posted on FR. You have your head up your azz.
We need a new political movement akin to “Solidarity” in Poland, which encompassed people of many different polticial ideologies, who only agree that the Current System is broken and must be fixed.
“He got like 5% ... People arent ready for his kinda politics.”
Going down the list of the 16 who ran in 2016, he is one of the few who has improved his standing since then. Do you see any of the others who have?
I guess your right but see what other Freepers say (Alberta’s). People don’t want fiscal responsibility. Rand wont get a second look.
We had one... It was called the tea party.... Then the Republicans infiltrated it... Then the democrats infiltrated it... and they both destroyed it...
Once again he is correct.
The Democrats want to destroy America. The Republicans are trying to negotiate a meeting in the middle.

It’s because Americans are increasingly coming to understand how the Federal Reserve System works. Huge chunks of the Federal debt are purchased by the Federal Reserve Bank. Which means that the matured bonds and interest are payed to the Fed, BUT any profit made by the Fed is imply paid back to the Treasury Dept. It’s all really just a money creating and shuffling scheme that will only be questioned if massive inflation occurs. But the only way that will happen is if the money creation AND SPENDING far exceed U.S. (and foreign) production. That ain’t happening any time soon in the current economic climate that we find ourselves.
Ok, Rand. Welcome to the 21st century, glad you could join us.
I say we take off and nuke the site from orbit.
It’s the only way to be sure.
Bravo! That captures the entirety of it, with the fewest words.
It bluntly describes why, even when we "win', we only gain half of a weak proposition and continue to slowly drift to the left.
“Hitler was a social democrat”.
Yep. The National Socialist Workers Party (NAZI)
