The scotus unconstitutionally democratized state senates in the early 1960s.

THAT is why most states are a mess.

And Oregon. And downstate Illinois.

But that would require consent of the rat state legislatures as well as Congress. Democrats would never consent willingly, it would take massive civil disobedience if not violent revolution.

By a GOP state could split in two, and we’d only need to take back the US House to admit the new state.
