The thing is that the bitching Karens are wearing masks. So if masks are so effective, then they’re perfectly safe — behind their mask. What others do, or don’t do, is irrelevant. It just gives them some pseudo permission to let their inner bullies out.
Agreed...Not to make this a vaccine donnybrook, but it always surprises me that the people who are angriest with anti-vaxxers are...the people who have been vaccinated.
Red herring,. Nobody says they are perfectly safe. The scienttific theory is the more people wear them, the fewer droplets will be in the air. It's a theory subject to testing and some tests show fewer droplets. Whether that's enough to stop an infection depends on the situation.
