Duda is correct. Germany, not Poland, was responsible for the Holocaust even what of it Germany conducted on Polish soil.
What reparations are owed for the Holocaust are owed by Germany and owed to descendants of Jews killed in the Holocaust, not to Israel.
I think this article is about what to do with property owned by Jews killed that have no heirs.
Who do you give it back to?
Is there some groups that want to give such property to Israel? I could see the point of that. (not that I necessarily agree)
But who gives it? Poland or Germany?
