Pastor Greg Fairrington prayed for Gavin Newsom during a fiery sermon Sunday while acting in defiance of the California governor’s public health order prohibiting indoor worship.
Fairrington, the lead pastor at Destiny Christian Church in Rocklin, told his south Placer County congregation they were engaged in a spiritual battle between good and evil. He said the church has been called to fight the government for the right to worship freely, free of persecution and without restriction, even in the clutches of a global pandemic.
“Here we are in this moment right now and I believe that God is giving this church in this moment a greater anointing than we have ever had before,” Fairrington said in his sermon, which was streamed live on the church’s website

Many churches are meeting. Some quietly some less so. Some more compliant some less. The church is not just entirely rolling over.
And lawsuits are in the system.

It’s interesting how the left claims that ‘protests’ can go on because they’re protected by the 1st Amendment, but somehow church services can’t even though the 1st Amendment includes the words “free exercise thereof”.
The church by me in Southern California is open, too.

They are taking major precautions, but have indoor and outdoor seating... masks offered, sanitizers, etc. Packed today.

The Calvery Chapel in a So Cal city that I won’t name (there are many of them) was as packed as ever yesterday, multiple sessions.
Speaking of satanists, some showed up at a nearby Catholic Church yesterday to harangue churchgoers. Saint Margaret Mary in Lomita. I do not know details but many Catholic Churches in the South Bay of Los Angeles are holding outdoor services, so this may be seen as an opportunity for the satanists.

Oops, pollywog already posted the name of the city of the Calvery Chapel that was hopping yesterday. I don’t attend that Church but got caught up in the Church traffic on my Shopping spree yesterday.
Scattered churches open around socialist East Tennessee yesterday, BUT pastors STILL not speaking out against mask mandates. God Almighty gave you an immune system AND an atmosphere to breathe in...USE IT!
