It’s not just that they’re run by Democrats. It’s that they’ve been run by Democrats with in most cases essentially no input from Republicans for decades. They’ve gotten what they want and run things the way they want without opposition, and things are even more messed up.

Two things true here:

1.Cities run by Democrats are horrible places.

2. Horrible places vote Democrat.

It is not just large cities. In the SE a number of smaller cities have very high violent crime rates and are plagued or in some cases v virtually controlled by drug gangs. Among these are Jackson, Ms and Jackson , TN, Helena and Pine Bluff, Ak as well as the state capitals of Baton Rouge and Little Rock. In some cases large swaths of these towns have been put on restricted entry by police closing or barricading streets and requiring individuals to show ID proving they live in the controlled access areas.

- first off, we have to remove violent crime, such as assault, rape, arson, and murder from the list. After all, they happen equally everywhere.
- then we have to eliminate illegal drug dealing because it is illegal
- eliminate theft because, hey, everyone has to eat, right?

OK, now count all the rest of the results (public shouting matches) and publish!
