Yes. You should be worried! Russia has a nuclear arsenal as big or bigger than the U.S. What if only 10% of their nuclear missiles worked? I’m not sure GDP has anything to do with nuclear missiles. Just saying.
For comparison sake, what were the respective economic outputs of the US and Japan in 1941? Throwing the first punch can outweigh size unless there’s time to recover and let size take over. We had that in 1942 but might not after a thermonuclear hit. In a street fight analogy, I’ve always been more wary of the little guys with nothing but muscle than the big guys. Worry? No. Prepare and avoid overconfidence? Definite yes.

They will NOT fire their ICBM’s on us and we would not do the same..
