Made for TV. Rioters are cockroaches. They run and hide. This one stood still and surrender to whom? Notice the officers have no weapons drawn. Why not? They are not armed with weapons or batons. strange? Also lead officer gives hand/face signal to the filmers. It’s a set up. Why wasn’t rioter cuffed? Rioter enters van like a little kid not a manly rioter. As an officer you do not put a rioter in your van without cuffing so they can not destroy the van or attack the officers. Made for TV. There was another video of the two “soldiers” getting into the mini-van. (Mom’s no doubt). The one “soldier” makes a sudden turn and step towards and leans into the photographer and then turns back to the car.
Reminded me of some teenage boy trying to scare his kid sister that no - she can’t some with them to the store.
