I went to Israel in October and was mighty impressed with their listening station on the Syrian border where we were. Lots of “goodies”.

I am actually hoping it isn’t the US. Trump put the Saudis on notice back when their oil refinery got hit that they were on their own. The Iranians have succeeded in the impossible and that is getting Saudi Arabia and Israel to cooperate. The combination of their intelligence operations and the Israeli tech are most likely doing the damage. Possibly, the US is aiding in logistics, like refueling aircraft and providing intel. Also, there are Iranians on the ground doing some hard, dangerous work. Things like setting ships of fire without, apparently, using bombs, are things done locally and by hand. (Which makes me wonder about the Bonhomme Richard.)
