Isn’t there a delay between initial infection and symptoms? Did you consider that part? So they mandate masks after people have already gotten it, and then they might just keep it mandated nonstop for months and so few get it?
Many mask mandates went into effect months ago.
There’s no question people wearing masks are getting covid. The BLM leader of the protest at the Tulsa rally got covid, and he was wearing a mask!
