You’re missing the point - an action involving just one person can bring change.

I get your point - Rosa Parkes was just a tool used for change.

Than’s my point and she was no saint.

As long as people meekly follow masking orders, there will be a constant visual reminder of who has the power.

You’re absolutely right, we can’t wait until November.

Ditch the mask today.

Check my tag line.

Yeah, we get it. Rosa Parks was probably a plant to get things started. The fact is, though, it DID get things started.

Civil disobedience is a powerful tool to achieve change; it’s an even more effective device to fight tyranny.

Part of the reason is that the courts in most every state are closed. When they are temporarily open, these cases aren’t “priority” due to the non-emergency nature of “being hurt by a mask.” When it is made a priority over other pending work, governors rescind their orders hours before going before the judge (Illinois). When this is done, the case is dropped without precedent being made and the governor can immediately try the same or slightly different edict all over again.

It’s an absolutely bizarre situation and no governor ever involves their legislature to do it “the right way” because it will very likely fail or be ruled permanently unconstitutional.

Add Hutchinson (Arkansas) to that list. Ours starts tomorrow. Goes as far to state an exemption when driving in your car alone or with members of your household. So technically if I gave my neighbor a ride and we didn’t wear masks I can be cited (1st a warning, then a fine of $100 to $500)

Where is Barr?

He and his Department of Injustice do-nothing are "on the lookout" for violations of our Constitutional rights.

Barr tells federal prosecutors to 'be on the lookout' for overly restrictive coronavirus shutdown orders

I guess these legal geniuses just haven't seen anything. Mask orders? Nah. Banning singing in church? Who? Where?
