General Michael Flynn was lied to, set up multiple times before and after the Trump inauguration, excessively and to the point of illegally unmasked, targeted, ambushed in the White House, falsely accused, threatened with his son being indicted, provided corrupt legal counsel (the same firm where corrupt Obama former AG Eric Holder works), harassed for 3 years, belittled, slandered, besmirched by the judge, harassed by the judge, and then the attorneys going after him were the same attorneys who represented the corrupt Sally Yates who lied and told President Trump General Flynn lied.
The government reviewed General Flynn’s case and determined it never should have occurred. When the government and Flynn’s attorneys, including Sidney Powell, went to the court to have the case thrown out, the judge overseeing the case wouldn’t do it.
Next the government and Powell went to the DC Circuit court to have the case thrown out and the Circuit Court two weeks ago ordered Judge Sullivan to do so. This interview discusses the entire case from Sidney Powell’s perspective and the current status of this corrupt case not being thrown out by this corrupted judge.

I have no idea how it works. I am surprised that the full court hasn’t issued a public response since the case has such visibility — or maybe I missed it.
On 10 July, the Court gave Flynn’s lawyers 10 days to respond to the request for an en banc hearing.
” Upon consideration of the petition for the rehearing en banc, it is, on the court’s own motion,
ORDERED that, within 10 days of the date of this order, petitioner file a response to the petition for rehearing en banc. not to exceed 3,900 words. The government is invited to respond in its discretion within the same ten-day period. Any response from the government may not exceed 3,900 words. FURTHER ORDERED that the effectiveness of this court’s order issued June 24, 2020, will be stayed pending disposition of the petition for rehearing en banc. See D.C. Cir. So they have until the 20th to file a response, and then the DC Court will decide if they want to hear it en banc? Not a lawyer and don’t play one on TV either.

You are correct, nothing will happen until the Court has the repsonses. Then the will make a ruling. Most Freepers are not paying attention, only a handful have read the briefs and the decision by the three judge panel. Of course, the media are spending more time on the Seven Years War, and so the general public have no idea and don't care. What was done to Flynn is the biggest three to our freedom and liberty in my lifetime.

What is Judge Emmet Sullivan waiting for?
He took the Money and it probably is literally a Life or Suicide situation for him, he has NO Choice.
Judge Sullivan is willing to do the bidding of his Democrat masters who live up in the Plantation Big House. They want a delay and he is ready to use every trick in the book and a few that aren’t to give them what they want.
Keeping Flynn twisting in the wind in all this while they examine their navels does great harm to his 6th Amendment rights in the Constitution.
Does ANY judge remember there’s a defendant here, assumed innocent until PROVEN guilty, and now the prosecutor’s dropped the case?
Put the judge in jail for contempt of something.
General Flynn knows the who, where, how, and when about the Intel Community and their Democrat co-conspirators and their Coup d’Etat. He had to be silenced and removed from the Administration.
Judge Sullivan has some skeletons in his closet.
