If I were a policeman out on NY streets at night trying to protect the area... and saw a black kid, wearing a hoodie, giving off rude behavior.. out after time he should be home... slouched over ... no respect to the cop... hands in pockets... i’d be watching him.. and if he didn’t like it and went further in actions... i’d probably talk to him and if he did not answer my questions in a respectful manner, I’d probably take him in to have a chat...
