President Trump on Wednesday said the boycott on Goya Foods “backfired,” claiming people are now buying their products “like crazy.”

“@GoyaFoods is doing GREAT. The Radical Left smear machine backfired, people are buying like crazy!” Trump tweeted.

The president’s tweet comes as Goya Foods, the largest Hispanic-owned food label in the country, faced backlash after its CEO Robert Unanue praised the president during an event at the White House last week.

Here in LA, there were just a few items left. Most things had been purchased.

#GoyaForward
Everyone should think of the most hardcore liberal they know or know of, and send them a care package of Goya Foods.

I intentionally sought out and bought four items by Goya on Monday. I will be doing it again next time I have the opportunity.

Many friends appear to be doing that. Mrs. jimfree and I went out Monday and got a dozen cans of beans and six boxes of rice with seasoning mix as well as a couple of fruit nectars. Dropped all off at a church food bank. Wondering how many of us will develop a permanent brand loyalty. If it's just 10 or 15 percent that is a huge impact for what is largely a commodity items.

You remember the orange juice boycott of 1994? Some women's group was upset that Rush Limbaugh was the Florida Orange Juice spokesman. They would hold a press conference in front of a grocery store with 5 or 6 women and dozens of Rush fans would swarm into the store like locusts grabbing anything orange juice.

“Some women’s group was upset that Rush Limbaugh was the Florida Orange Juice spokesman.”

Before that, the feminazis were upset that Anita Bryant was a spokesman for (I believe) Florida Orange Juice. She had some of those pesky conservative ideals.

It has backfired in a way that is helping Trump. Hispanics are now becoming part of the huge silent backlash that will punish the democrats for the riots, looting and socialist nonsense they are promoting. This political response to the Marxists is more like a powerful, silent undertow than a loud. messy counter demonstration. People are become more disgusted and enraged daily by this cancel culture marxism.

I’ve never heard of Goya foods before, but I will definitely buy them if I can. Are they sold in most grocery stores? I’ll ask at my local store. The manager should be able to tell me.

Imagine being a woke liberal at the food pantry and having to pass out the massive ammounts of Goya food donated.

Bought a couple cans of Goya beans for charity food bank yesterday, and intend to continue to do that every time I remember it while shopping, in order to help contribute to a steady level of demand for their various products.   (It wasn't easy to find them at first, either, but now I know where they're hidden!)
