Sessions was a lousy AG having no understanding of the Politics involved, but he was and would be a great Senator.
The last time he ran for Reelection the Rats didn’t even field a Candidate.
His opponent is a RINO and will end up being a Southern Romney IF he beats the Rat.
I think POTUS Trump should have stayed out of this.

I used to like Sessions. Until he stabbed Trump in the back. Loyalty and upholding the rule of law MATTERS. I wouldn’t vote Sesions if he went to the general against Commie Jones.
If Sessions had not betrayed Trump, he would have stayed out of it.
Show the proof, making red meat campaign promises accomplishes nothing. He had an opportunity to prosecute Governors and Mays for establishing sanctuary cities and did absolutely nothing. Unless you count going after pot sanctuaries.
