ORLANDO, Fla. - The Florida Department of Health released its daily coronavirus testing report showing a statewide positivity rate of 11 percent, but FOX 35 News investigated and quickly noticed some shocking positivity rates. …
The report showed that Orlando Health had a 98 percent positivity rate. However, when FOX 35 News contacted the hospital, they confirmed errors in the report. Orlando Health's positivity rate is only 9.4 percent, not 98 percent as in the report.

There’s also the interesting note that the daily totals (the ones the press is calling higher case rates) includes people who have already tested positive and then are back for retesting. So, if you are saying 12000 on day 1, 12500 on day 2 and 12,600 on day 3 then you have 12000 that were there already, and added 500 then 100. Some fall off, cured, others come in, but still, the insanity of their method of reporting is designed to give panic numbers.
There are WAY too many 100% and +50% numbers for these numbers to be close to real, and the fact is that they are re-testing existing patients daily. Until they are cleared. And they’re adding those numbers into the totals. It’s artificial inflation by design.
