Full stop, all stop... If a person has a medical condition they do not have to wear a mask and it is not the security guards job to ask what that condition is. If a person has a medical condition it is none of the guards, or store managements business what that condition is and the individual is not required to disclose it according to the Americans with Disabilities act.
So, all of you mask happy little Hitlers can kiss my ass when I walk into a place without a mask, stop me and refuse to serve me and I will sue your ass and win for refusing to serve a disabled person.
This guy was so far over the top for shooting someone over a damn mask it is not even funny. Something tells me it was a white guy he shot too.
Some one gave this maggot felon 2 cents worth of power and that was a cent and a half more than he could properly deal with.
+1
A lot of people here are not going to enjoy reading what you wrote.
Good job!
Generally the regulations created by the act have a balance between the individual's privacy and the public accommodation''s need to know the information. They can ask for minimal specific information in the cases I see (e.g. seating accomodation or service animals).
Amen!
