I found an unofficial list in the Daily Breeze newspaper:

Where’s this list? And does it include mosques?

The governor also announced that all gyms, places of worship, malls, personal care services, barbershops, salons, and non-critical offices in counties on the state’s “monitoring list” had to shut down under the new order.

The question isn't whether mosques are included or not, that doesn't really mean much. The question is, is will the State enforce these restrictions against the mosques at the same level as against churches?
