Cases go up because they are supposed to. They have to. More tests mean more positive results since we are using the integer number of cases. Mix the results of PCR tests for active virus and antibody tests so more positive results. Then cast doubt on immunology to give the disease the ability to reinfect each patient multiple times. This way the only people who can’t get coronavirus are those that are dead. We in California have 36 million people who can get coronavirus but even after 6 months we still have 36 million people who can get the coronavirus.

The reason they’re going up is because WELL people were quarantined so those folks weren’t tested. Remember, it was NYS where they discovered that 66% of the cases were people that were in lockdown....illegal lockdown I might add.
