I LOVE a story with a happy ending!
I can’t believe cops can afford to eat there. We went one time, never have we walked out of an eatery but when we saw the prices and discussed that the fries and drink are not included in the huge price for a burger. We said no thanks and left. We’re not paying that much for a burger and fries, I don’t care how good they are.
For a quick burger, I go to Wendy’s. A double stack is about $2.
This surprises me. Daphne is in an area East of Mobile Bay.
The town is just north of Fairhope. Not known, to my knowledge, for radical ideals. Google “Fairhope,” and see its interesting tax policy.
This is a black mark on Daphne!
Five Guys serves a decent burger. It’s expensive but you get 2 patties and a wide selection of toppings. Hot dogs are good, too. The fries are the best, and they give you enough for 2.
I went to a 5 guys when they first opened here in my town. Overpriced and filthy beyond compare. Truly disgusting. Never went back.
