Robert Mueller: Roger Stone remains a convicted felon, and rightly so
WAPO ^ | 7/11/2020 | Robert Mueller

Robert S. Mueller III served as special counsel for the Justice Department from 2017 to 2019.

The work of the special counsel’s office — its report, indictments, guilty pleas and convictions — should speak for itself. But I feel compelled to respond both to broad claims that our investigation was illegitimate and our motives were improper, and to specific claims that Roger Stone was a victim of our office. The Russia investigation was of paramount importance. Stone was prosecuted and convicted because he committed federal crimes. He remains a convicted felon, and rightly so.

Russia’s actions were a threat to America’s democracy. It was critical that they be investigated and understood. By late 2016, the FBI had evidence that the Russians had signaled to a Trump campaign adviser that they could assist the campaign through the anonymous release of information damaging to the Democratic candidate. And the FBI knew that the Russians had done just that: Beginning in July 2016, WikiLeaks released emails stolen by Russian military intelligence officers from the Clinton campaign. Other online personas using false names — fronts for Russian military intelligence — also released Clinton campaign emails.

Says the man who is brain is so far gone he was muttering in stunned confusion throughout the entire Congressional hearing. He wasn’t any more the author of that NYT Op-Ed than he was author of the Russia hoax report Andrew Weissman wrote.

The same Muller who let Epstein off when Mueller was head of the FBI. The same Mueller who, as acting US Attorney for Massachusetts, falsely imprisoned four people in order to protect mobster and FBI informant Whitey Bulger.

I just want to know if Robert Mueller ever knew he was participating in a fraudulent investigation? Then he can become a convicted felon and wait for Trump to pardon him.

Mueller “speaks” through the deep-state mouth piece, the Washington Post.

This simple statement already contains 3 lies. There was NO evidence the Russians contacted “a Trump advisor.” The Steele report was all lies. The FBI did NOT have any proof the DNC or other servers were hacked by Russia, and the Guccifer person who supposedly stole Podesta emails was, supposedly, Romanian.

Mueller’s once highly respected reputation has been forever soiled by his corrupt investigation. What could he have been thinking??

The Incredible Shrinking Mueller Report

The concessions made in this WaPo piece are the real story. The focus on a peripheral player. The silence re: General Flynn. Mueller came out of his senior citizens’ home to put go after ... Roger Stone? And to put his name on this pablum? LOL

Whoever wrote this for Mueller ... he or she clearly did not have much to work with. There truly is nothing left of the Mueller Report. Historians will mock it almost as much as impeaching a president for a ridiculously inconsequential phone call with a nothingburger head of state in a part of the world that carries no weight.

These people aren’t serious.

Robert Mueller is a serous criminal even if he hasn’t been convicted. It would be great if they did convict him. But I am not holding my breath as he is in the protected class.

Wait. Didn’t the “information” about prostitutes peeing in bed that Christopher Steele spoon fed to the Clinton campaign come from Russia?
