Court rules against Obama 'deep state' job-security strategy

Political appointees are just that, appointees, and they can be removed from their jobs just about any time for any reason.

Civil service employees, however, are another matter. They have more job protections than just about anyone else in the country.

So it was a hit to the "deep state," the entrenched bureaucrats who wield immense power in the government, writing rules and imposing agendas, when a court released a recent decision.

It ruled an employee who maneuvers around some of the requirements of the civil service system to change jobs – from appointee to civil servant – can be fired.

Every one of these Obama abuse stories that come up makes me think if the Democrats were really worried about restoring justice to our Republic they would charge him with treason.

Glad to see Obama’s work being taken apart piece by piece - though it is too damned slow and a tremendous amount of damage has been, is and will continue being done to our system of laws and our nation because of what he has done.

Over the years the government workers have became immune to being fired or laid off, have higher pay than their civilian counterparts, have a much higher retirement pay than their civilian counterparts. Almost all of this is due the executive order JFK wrote that allowed government workers to unionize and they then backed the Democratic Party which now gives them cover.

Takes a tremendous amount of PROVABLE DOCUMENTATION, then getting past the foot dragging and excuse making from Human Resources, also their fear of “but they will hire a lawyer”.

My response was always “this piece of human excrement is nothing but a drag on the Organization, a thief, and a liar”. The biggest fights I always had were with HR when it was time to terminate a useless piece of protoplasm, they always thought I should try to be nicer to the LOWLIFES, my response was “I don’t get paid to be nice, I get paid to be professional; try it sometime”.

Two of the main things I would love President Trump to do when, hopefully, he wins reelection is to make an executive order revoking the ability of government employees to unionize and to require any investigative branch of the government to have timestamped videos of all interviews, not transcripts written hours or days afterward.

JFK unionized the government workers by executive order but if Pres. Trump tries to undo it, an Obama appointed federal judge will block it like one of them blocked his trying to undo Obama’s executive order giving them amnesty.
