If you were to give a school district every single dime that a city or county brings in they would still ask for more. They cannot be given enough. They want every dime and more. I detest the public school system for what they have done to our youth starting back in the 60’s.

Good morning, Pat. I agree that the campaign of fear is aimed at Trump and the election. I learned something this week about the reporting of deaths, especially from NJ and FL. It appears that deaths are being added to the recent daily totals from as far back as March. Padding these numbers is a political act, not science.
I’m thinking keeping the kids out of school will REALLY educate parents AND kids. Give the parents back their school tax money and start educational co-ops...yes...It’s a dream
Your SEC conference may well be the saviour, AB. They’re the only group strong enough, with enough common sense to tell the NCAA and other PC conferences to stuff it.
These athletes don’t get sick. If they do, they don’t know it. If they contract COVID, they may sit a week. Virtually NONE are harmed by it. Older fans will be advised attendance may be unwise.
The NCAA has tenuous control over college sports, as it is today. This will be the beginning of the end if they get it wrong, which is almost assured.
None of this addresses the money issue, which is yuuuuuuge.

If you listen to the local sports and national shows they sound like a bunch of libs. All worried about getting the flu and dying when these athletes are the last ones to worry about.
We need to find some conservatives willing to run for school boards and really make a difference.
