If Kanye really does run, the ideal outcome would be him peeling off enough black votes from Biden in MI, FL, PA and WI to help keep those states in the Trump column.

I would suggest that Kanye only make a serious effort in four states (Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota and Wisconsin). Nationally, even with write-in votes....he could get 750k votes easily. For the BLM, West represents a problem because of Biden’s long history of being anti-black.

He's got four days to qualify in Michigan and needs 11,200 signatures first. He's got 3 days to qualify in Florida, and needs 132,000 signatures. Might make Pennsylvania, August 3 and 5,000 signatures. Might make Wisconsin, August 4 and 2,000 signatures. But West is a joke and won't be on the ballot is a single state.
